A look at the past is a reflection of a port through which entered the trade, slaves and settlers who brought dynamic development of this civilization. In the constructions of La Guaira buildings with imposing architectural styles as the Guipuzcoana House, San Carlos Castle and creating one of the most important ports were erected; the port of La Guaira. Today it burst into contemporary improvisation product by the abandonment landslide in 1999 that buried much of the dream of reconstruction. Some of these reforms so far have been in charge by the Simon Bolivar University and regional experts in heritage by rescuing heritage buildings. The methodology used will be documentary and life stories and some of its stakeholders are fundamental to transmit to the villagers and builders a progressive sense of preservation for future transformation.
