In order to evaluate the possibility of mini-power generation by wind hybrid systems - IDEAM - photovoltaic (SHE / FV), data provided by the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies of Colombia were used. 4 urban weather stations such as El Dorado Airport in Bogota centers were chosen; Metro-Medellin Medellin; Siloam Cali; and Las Flores Barranquilla, 3 proposals SHE / VF were presented: proposal I, formed by the wind turbine Bornay 600 DBL 190 photovoltaic panel; Proposal II, formed by the wind turbine Black 300 and 190 BDL photovoltaic panel; and Proposal III, turbine consists of a handmade Savonius (area = 0.95 m2) and photovoltaic solar panel BDL 190. By comparing the figures for average monthly energy that would be generated from proposals for each site configurations. Furthermore it is stated that by the proposals I, II and III, the share of electricity from wind power in El Dorado is less than 5% and Metro-Medellin less than 10% of total energy intake respective while for Siloam between 25% and 50%, and Flowers between 53% and 78% depending on the proposed set. Finally indicated what would be the hypothetical contribution to percentage level electric mini-generation from a HES / FV, according to the average monthly power consumption for a household of the respective selected city, indicating a comparative level that the best option of the evaluated is in the Flores station Barranquilla.
