The development of this paper designs and administrative processes diagram high impact in an industrial enterprise in the metallurgical sector, as a support tool in the implementation of a document management program, allowing demonstrate the correspondence between documents and processes. The documentary analysis and direct observation of the process, reflecting inadequate information management, since sometimes the information is fragmented in different formats or into several units, thus, was lost traceability of management, just was aware of a function and not a process. The results of this work were evidenced in the records management program, by creating mechanisms for monitoring and controlling the flow of information and documentation involved in the processes analyzed.
