Land resources of loess hills exsited mainly in the form of sloping land.Great program of land terracing in recent years made parts of the sloping land terraced fields line by line of which water and soil preservation ratio obviously been improved.How to take out soil fertilization on newly earth layer was a rising task of the program.The author analyzed and studied on the technical experiment of soil fertilization of the local area in recent years,which aimed to play a functional part in raising utilization ratio of land resources.
