The turning point or PE in college requires the textbooks to be more unified, flexible, cultural, basic, national and temporary. Teaching methodology should be student—centered and stress the roles of students. The physical functional evaluation of the students should motivate their learning interest, and reveal the level of the students physical functions. The new methodology will treat students differently and be flexible and practical.
