Objective To explore the organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning when using food physical and chemical test case confirmed quickly method. Methods Uses the Chinese people's liberation army general logistics department of the ministry of health supervision, military academy of medical sciences institute of environmental medicine developed food physical and chemical test cases for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning of organophosphorus pesticide and the related test. Results Through the use of food physical and chemical inspection way, rapid and accurate detection is made for the organophosphorus pesticide. Conclusion In the process of testing in patients with food poisoning, the use of food physical and chemical test box way to quickly and accurately will be organophosphorus pesticide detection, to ensure the life safety and health of our people.
