El desarrollo de este articulo de revision permitira a traves de un mecanismo reflexivo puntualizar de manera sistematica, controlada empirica y criticoontologica los aspectos esenciales y las novedades doctrinales y jurisprudenciales que orientan el regimen sucesorio en Colombia, como son: Apertura de la sucesion, Proceso de Sucesion, Delacion, Aceptacion y repudiacion de los derechos que van a ser transmitidos a titulo universal, singular, a titulo de donacion revocable e irrevocable, teniendo en cuenta los ordenes hereditarios, asi como conocer como se realiza la distribucion de la herencia. Abstract The development of this article permitted through a reflective mechanism to systematically point out, empirical and critical-controlled ontological fundamental and doctrinal and jurisprudential developments that guide the system of succession in Colombia, including: Opening of the succession, process succession, delation, acceptance and repudiation of the rights that will be transmitted to universal title, singular, to grant revocable and irrevocable, taking into account the hereditary orders and know how to identify the distribution of the inheritance.
