Today humanity is more aware of the current world situation and the changes that have been generated in its wake, however, environmental deterioration progresses rapidly because of excessive consumption of resources, the unplanned development of agriculture, industry, tourism, urbanization, population growth and lack of people against the various environmental issues. The comprehensive solution of environmental problems faced, must proceed from the need to strengthen a space for reflection and permanent action that generates changes favorable attitude to the environment, so environmental education should be recognized and valued as a strategy fundamental change.1 Thus the National Environmental Education Policy, presents several strategies for it to reach different social areas. Two strategies are the School Environmental Projects (RESP) and Citizens for Environmental Education Projects (PROCEED). To develop environmental education processes have as a strategy projects that raise somewhat different didactic alternatives as curricular motivation, awareness, education and training of communities to be made aware, accountable, manage, operate and contribute in solving environmental problems of their institution, environment or locality through (RESP or PROCEED) or other proposal that best suits the social, cultural and natural conditions of the community.
