This reflective paper shows the practice and the work in the third sector for social work, it is a research and practical experience, where was designed and implemented the project “Strengthening associative and organizational processes of Shepherds, Spinners and Artisans ASOVHILARTE in Sotaquira, municipality of Boyaca, 2014”. Its aim was potentiating the association from psychosocial approach, creating an organizational structure and strategic planning through group interventions in order to create a culture of entrepreneurship, empowerment and collective identity on the members. So the survey technique, SWOT matrix and socio-metric test were used for data collection, mainly finding an educational level not higher than elementary school, basically nuclear family systems, stratum one family economy dependent on crafts and planting fruit; also in the partnership female gender is higher, wool craft skills, esparto, wood and ceramics are identified, but likewise a lack of recognition in the market, establishing a diagnosis.
