espanolEl presente trabajo de investigacion, esta encaminado al analisis de la gestion ambiental de las pymes del sector industrial de la arcilla, tema que en la actualidad esta inserto en discusion de diferentes sectores que conforman las sociedades en torno a la tematica sobre el rol que le compete a las organizaciones para su buena gestion en las practicas sociales. Es a partir de esto, donde surge la necesidad de realizar la siguiente investigacion buscando el fomento de una cultura de RSC con base al cumplimiento de alternativas de gestion ambiental. La investigacion presenta ante todo un amplio marco teorico al respecto, donde se perfila el concepto de RSC, con sus definiciones, enfoques y terminos relacionados, su historia y evolucion, normatividad existente e instrumentos de medicion, su evaluacion y argumentos de tipo social que justifican desde los angulos etico y economico; el modelo de los stakeholders y las alternativas ecologicas propuestas para articular las pequenas y medianas empresas (PYMES) con el contexto ambiental. La metodologia utilizada es un trabajo de campo donde se recoge informacion descriptiva y documental de los empresarios y expertos sobre el tema de gestion ambiental y su aplicacion en las empresas pymes del sector industrial de la transformacion de la arcilla del departamento Norte de Santander, Colombia. Sus resultados pueden servir de modelo para mejorar la gestion ambiental y contribuir a fomentar una cultura de RSC en las pymes, objeto de estudio. EnglishThe present work of investigation, is directed to the analysis of the environmental management of the SMEs of the industrial sector of the clay, subject that at present is inserted in discussion of different sectors that conform the societies around the thematic one on the roll that is incumbent on to him to the organizations for its good management in the social practices. It is from this, where the promotion arises the necessity to realize the following investigation looking for of a culture of RSC with base the fulfillment of alternatives of environmental management. The investigation presents/displays an ample theoretical frame first of all on the matter, where the RSC concept is outlined, with its definitions, related approaches and terms, its his-tory and evolution, existing standardization and measuring instruments, its evaluation and arguments of social type that they justify from the angles ethical and economic; the model of stakeholders and the ecological alternatives propose to articulate the small and medians companies (PYMES) with the environmental context. The used methodology is a work of field where descriptive and documentary information takes shelter of the industrialists and experts on the subject of environmental management and its application in companies SMEs of the industrial sector of the transformation of the clay of the North department of Santander, Colombia.
