ABSTRACTThe main focus of this research study is the management of postgraduate academic programs offered at Univerdsidad EAN in virtual learning. The management processes applied to all types of organizations involve educational institutions. In such institutions, one of the principal actions of their management is to administrate academic programs, even though the focus of this study is postgraduate courses, specially the particular issues found in specialization courses and master degree programs base don virtual methodolgy, in which particular features and differences are described concerning the management of the academic programs offered having a face to face methodology.
