Currently, low-cost weather radars have been developed, which not only provide accurate and real-time information of the atmospheric phenomena, but also are an excellent option for countries with complex relief, as in the case of Colombia, because they are short range. For this reason, the implementation of low-cost weather radar, it is necessary for the protection of the community and the development of air operations.
