EDUCATIONAL ROBOTICS AS A TEACHING TOOL ALTERNATIVE IN BASIC EDUCATION LA ROBÓTICA EDUCATIVA COMO INSTRUMENTO DIDÁCTICO ALTERNATIVO EN EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA
This paper summarizes some of the strategies used by the Group for Research in Robotics and Industrial Automation GIRA of the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia UPTC, for the training of young researchers in educational level of basic education where activities are proposed playful with educational robots as a pillar of education in technology and aims to encourage students and educators to develop and implement innovative educational strategies, to use as a teaching tool, robotic platforms and technological devices that have completed their useful life, to thereby cause learners in primary and secondary education, enthusiasm for developing skills to the social construction of knowledge argued, to use informed, responsible and critical of the technology.
