Summary In this research we analyze the influence of organizational learning in the innovation process of new enterprises based technologically (NEBT) from a scientific park located in Madrid and from a scientific and technological park from Leganes (LEGATEC). The methodology applied is qualitative and it’s based on seven cases of study in the fields of engineering, biotechnology, TI’s and communications. The result shows that an organizational learning has a positive influence in the innovational development and favors the efficient management in enterprises.
