This paper aims at discussing a teacher training experience on pedagogical use and mastery of the New Information and Communication Technologies (NICTs) within the framework of the project 'Computadores para educar (CPE)' (Computers to educate). In this document a detailed pedagogical experience description designed by the University of Pamplona within the parameters suggested by (CPE) according to the Colombian government policies on New Information and Communication Technologies for education will be presented.
