El presente articulo de reflexion tiene como proposito demostrar la omision en la aplicacion de la sustanciacion en las audiencias preliminares y que tan importante es en este sistema penal, razon por la cual es necesario estudiar que tan eficiente esta siendo la tecnica al momento de realizarse las intervenciones durante las audiencias preliminares.
