resumen este articulo trata el tema de los delitos aplicables a la actividad notarial y del estudio de las figuras especiales de la teoria del delito, que le serian aplicables a la funcion notarial. En este orden de ideas, queda planteada la discusion en torno a la responsabilidad penal del notario y de sus empleados, en el ejercicio de su funcion publica.
