The objective of this article is to present findings and recommendations for the management Plan and sustainability of the Cultural Coffee Landscape (CCL) as a Cultural Heritage of humanity and how hybridization processes have been an important link in the consolidation of this culture and fundamental for its study, conservation and sustainability of the same. This socio-cultural study begins with the relational triadic theory and gets information of the findings collected in the investigation The Cultural Coffee Landscape: A dilemma between sustainability and a threatened future, in it, an analysis is conducted on the risks for the have conception that this is not sustainable and is at risk to lose the permanence in the list of the UNESCO. Furthermore, some recommendations stand out to accomplish an evaluation of the conservation of the attributes point out by the UNESCO and its affectation of manner in the formal declaration.
