ADHD represents a high cost public health problem in all countries of the world, due to its consequences on academic performance, vocational success, as well as the repercussions on the social and emotional development of children who present it, which produces a profound impact not only on the child, but also on the family, school and society. ADHD is one of the most frequent diagnoses in child psychiatry, hence its early diagnosis is of great importance for the sake of intervention and prevention at the family, school and social level. Based on the international classification of functioning and disability CIF, Salamanca LM in 2009, generated a questionnaire for the evaluation of limitations in activity and restrictions in participation in children with ADHD, CLARP-ADHD Parents and Teachers. Objective: The present study aimed to determine the degree of internal consistency and concurrent validity of the CLARP-ADHD Instruments parents and teachers in 5 cities of Colombia, for this, these questionnaires were applied to the parents and teachers of 203 children with the diagnosis of ADHD. Methodology: The sample consisted of parents and teachers of 203 children between the ages of 6 and 12 in Bogota, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena and Popayan. The internal consistency analysis was performed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the concurrent validity by Spearman's correlation coefficient and with multiple and single predictors through multiple and simple linear regression models respectively. Results: The internal consistency evaluated with Cronbach's alpha to the instruments was high as for each of its domains. Regarding CLARP-ADHD parents, its internal consistency was good at 0.83, and for CLARP-ADHD teachers, 0.93. Regarding the concurrent validity with the SDQ Parents and Teachers Abilities and Difficulties questionnaire, there was concurrence between the CLARP ADHD Teachers and SDQ Teachers, and non-concurrency between CLARP ADHD Parents and SDQ Parents, there is also concurrence between the CLARP ADHD Parents and CLARP ADHD Teachers, this given by p values <0.001.
