It is pretended to get institutional the new tourism, the new recreation and the new contemplation as phenomenon for the architectural, natural and cultural treasure of Santafe de Bogota and of all regions of Colombia, based on the New Political Colombian Letter, so they can be used inside an ethics and conservation regulations. This is being done by projects that generate and reflect the importance of seeing, reading, knowing and appreciating them. That is how the neighbourhood called La Candelaria in Bogota can be a paradigm of contemplation and dialogue from citizens, to be readjusted without getting damaged and to get it ready for the exercise of tourism and recreational activities to see, think, understand, conserve and construct our inheritance.
