The main objective of this work is build a Resource Oriented Architecture supporting an application protocol (business process) using hipermedia as a principle between REST services and the Architecture mentioned at the begining, whitin e-learning context. Giving and answer to what was mentioned before, it begins giving an explanation about the creation of a elearning course with its principal elements, then is defined a learning process in e-learning context which will be the application protocol. Finally, it start defining an Resource Oriented Architecture, based on the learning process.
