Resumen El articulo presenta al teletrabajo desde dos miradas: una opcion laboral y/o una necesidad social. En el texto se argumentan ambas y se aclara que cada interpretacion dependera de los puntos de vista de quienes se acercan al tema, de sus aspiraciones, conocimientos tecnologicos, suenos y mirada futurista. Dos posicionamientos para decir que el teletrabajo, en si, no cambia las condiciones laborales sino el sitio para ejercer la labor; inclusive algunas personas tienden a ser mas productivas cuando realizan las tareas fuera de los modulos que conforman su oficina. El teletrabajo hace parte del crecimiento de las metropolis permeadas por la congestion y de la ambicion humana por aumentar sus adquisiciones tecnologicas y, por ende, su comodidad. Aun asi, el teletrabajo sera ejercido por quienes tienen conocimientos tematicos y tecnologicos que posibiliten la proactividad en su labor; y esta realidad demanda un reto formativo de la sociedad actual. Both points of view are explained and is clarified that each interpretation depends on the opinions of the people approaching this subject, it depends on their expectations, technology knowledge, dreams and futuristic view. Two positions to say that teleworking by itself does not change work conditions but the workplace; even some people tends to be more productive when perform tasks outside the modules of their office workspace. Teleworking is a part of the growing of metropolis affected by conglomeration and is part of human ambition regarding the increase of technological acquisitions and, therefore, of their comfort. Even with that, teleworking is to be performed for those people having thematic and technological knowledge enabling proactivity when working; and this context pose an educational challenge for today’s society.
