From practice in the fields of architecture, urban design, planning, urban and regional planning and habitat, a concern emerges about how time-space is conceived in the project category and its representation. The proposal of Absonite Time -Space: probable emerging strategies of ecocreation for the transformation of political resulting in vital projects, concerns the problem of determination and indetermination of time and space in the prevailing notion of territorial and political project. This thesis examines the project and its epistemology as a form of action that interacts with development criteria in the territory , in order to characterize territorial and political projects as processes and phenomena of the triad subject, object, representation, which become in cognition processes of the urban territorial fact. It begins with the tradition of research in between the rationalities of objectivity, subjectivity and intersubjectivity related the Time-Space-Matter-Energy and information categories of the territorial and political projects to the proposed life project from the complexity viewpoint. The thesis seeks to establish the notion of absonite time-space as probable emerging strategies in the transformation of political projects. Finally applies the focus of this contribution to an emerging proposal of the urbanization processes from the project category as a case study.
