An exploratory analysis was performed of the relationship of 14 morphological traits and diet composition of an assemblage of anurans inhabiting productive systems and native forests in Colombia's coffee region. For each species was determined whether there was an effect between the type of vegetation, climate season and their possible interactions. No differences in the morphometry of the species were found, except D. columbianus whose individuals had a different morphology in the forest compared to anthropogenic cover.
