The purpose of this test is to identify the determinants of transformational leadership on organizational climate of the branch of the bank Bancolombia Castellana neighborhood in Bogota, Colombia. From professional judgment developed in senior management graduate of New Granada Military University (UMNG). This test is qualitative and exploratory, which is part of the social, financial and administrative sciences and taken as case study method Bancolombia Group at the headquarters of the Spanish in Bogota Colombia. Depending on the objectives, the document structure is proposed in three phases: Literature review, identification of determinants of leadership and organizational climate in the case study and the final reflections. We found that there are strategic elements that articulate the business policy of Bancolombia generating awareness for the individual and his transformational leadership style.
