Currently, educational institutions face the challenge of using information technologies and communication to provide students with tools and knowledge needed in these times. Therefore, this paper proposes general objective perform a pedagogical thought in the implementation of an interactive software for learning English as a second language, which had as its theoretical foundation authors: Lev Vygotsky, Jean Piaget, David Ausubel, Cesar Coll, Stephen Krashen, Roberto Canales and Pere Marques. The proposal was aimed at students in second grade school Alberione. According to the methodology, descriptive case study initially a semi structured teaching English area was performed. The 17 second grade students completed a questionnaire of 10 questions. A didactic sequence of three classes, with which intervened to second grade is then constructed, the teaching sequence aimed to carry out activities with interactive software Ingles for Little Children and complementary activities that provided support to encourage the learning communication skills (writing and pronunciation). From the intervention with the teaching sequence, the teacher directly involved in its implementation, began to find better academic results and noted that the process of learning in their students became more autonomous. It can be concluded that the objectives outlined in this pedagogical proposal was met in a high percentage because the students could be in direct contact with the educational software, they advanced on communication skills listed above and included the technological tolls.
