This work is objetivo: Show the experiences of an educational program of scientific exchange between the University of Holguin, Cuba and the Caribbean University of Colombia, to promote the development of scientific research, to promote the training of doctors in Science teaching in higher education in Colombia. During the 2005-2010 period is a cooperative project between the University of Holguin Cuba and the Caribbean University of Colombia with the aim of contributing to the development of research in Educational Science taxed to the training of doctors to the sustainability of higher education in the Caribbean region of Colombia. For the successful implementation of that project had the support of international scientific cooperation “Exchange of researchers Colombia Cuba, 2007-2008 call for mobility,” convened by the bodies of each country’s science, which is a great opportunity for Colombians and Cubans researchers highly appreciate acknowledging with admiration and respect for the support of both institutions conveners for the development of science. As a result have already been trained in Cuba seven doctors and two Colombians who predefendidos dissertation defense in 2009, to conclude this year with 11 doctors in Educational Science teacher Colombians.
