This paper presents the analysis, design and implementation of web e-commerce application in the field of solidarity economy, for which a work of abstract theories of philosophy of the common good was conducted in a virtual environment, where shopkeepers whether or not having a physical store, share a similar to a marketplace where you can bid, buy or exchange goods or services space, meanwhile customers can be grouped in order to increase their purchasing power, expand their demand or negotiate product prices based on the amount consumed. Additionally both shopkeepers and customers and groups can make clusters to focus its marketing force or consumption in a given sector.
