Nowadays the environmental education must be articulated by the new challenges of the thought, in the context of the conceptions and responsibilities of the sciences for by the future. “Trying to renew commitments for the justice and the freedoms advancing in the looks of the complexity, in a frame of sensibility and of commitment strengthening the intuition and the opening towards the ancient to know. The environmental education must be introduced, be renewed, be reconstructed day after day in the incessant search of the ways that they allow to stimulate and to motivate towards the sustainability, across the own(proper) effort, the identification of our expectations and requirements, our dreams and creations, our recollection and reconstitution of the to know and of the dynamic insertion of a few known in others, fertilizing them and turning them into means for the break of the negative trends and for the best opening of the doors of a morning” In this context, three principal intentions exist: 1.To organizes the theoretical and practical foundations of the environmental education, 2.To relate these bases to the PRAE, 3.To construct a document of conceptual reference as result of the previous study. It hopes that the document is a product consistent with the different positions, conceptions, actions, with relation to the environmental education exist, and generating a conceptual organization which uses as reference to all the teachers, or environmental leaders who realize works in this area or environmental school projects.
