Abstract:

This research was conducted in order to enhance the thinking disposition: be strategic in children between 5 and 6 years. This research has a quantitative approach to the implementation of a pretest and posttest with qualitative elements when describing these results. To achieve this objective in the course of this investigation the thinking routine called “The explanation game” was used, which aims to explain a specific point and give way to the understanding of a subject. Therefore, it was used as an instrument of data collection in terms of what the child thinks and how it builds new knowledge.
