Sistematización de experiencias y diagnóstico de mecanismos y estrategias usados por la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada para la vinculación universidad – empresa- estado (2010-2011)
In recent decades, linking agents such as the University, the Company and the State has aroused great interest because of the importance of today's generation and transfer of knowledge generation and innovation that are critical for the development of the productive sector, regions and the construction of society. The aim of this work is to systematize experiences and diagnose the mechanisms (link units) and strategies used by the Nueva Granada Military University for bonding University, Business and State UEE (Teaching, Research and Extension) in the last two years”. The literature review of some models and strategies used to generate links and documentation of national and international experiences provided the tools for the assessment of relationships between the actors. This tool was applied to those responsible for linking the strategic actors UMNG System Science, Technology and Innovation of the country in order to identify the mechanisms (link units) and strategies used by the University for its Links with industry production and the state and propose viable tools for this purpose. The results in each of the faculties and units of the Nueva Granada Military University vary according to the context of each area of knowledge and the development of the guidelines established in the institutional arrangements of the organization. In the same way, these results change according to the pairing from each substantive role (Research, Teaching and Extension) and internal capabilities and environmental conditions that favor or disfavor integration processes. The study determines the starting point to initiate an appropriate process of linking with agents such as the state and the productive sector.
