This research work, is put to the service of any educational institution in Cartagena de Indias. It has been planned and developed, taking into account the universality and indivisibility of the law with a look at what happens inside a school such as the Educational Institution Nuestra Senora del Buen Aire, regarding the protection of children and adolescents. The spirit in which it was written, is to reach those interested in the legal world, to establish universal democracy based on respect and practice the rights of children and adolescents. We know it is very difficult to talk about Culture of Peace, when the guns resonate in most states of the world;but we must build a culture of peace, in which rights take precedence over the violations of human dignity. When dignity is lost people who will not tell the real story. We wanted to focus on education and the school itself, as a center in which it is to convey the message of a new culture of peace and logically educators have the great importance and commitment to support it in the classroom. This foundation must be accompanied by a continuous and daily practice of all that has to do with the defense of the rights of children and teenagers anywhere in the world.
