The following document consists of research done on environmental, context, human beings and the objects related to the furniture in the boarding rooms of El Dorado International Airport, emphasizing the research in travelling businessmen. This field project analyses the activities these subjects realize while visiting the airport with conclusions of the interviews done to them. Additionally, this document contains the creative process and ergonomic tests which establish the deferent business traveler activities and ergonomics facts to set up the determinants and the requirements for the creation of the third and last stage with ERCON design findings: Tandem design furniture for the boarding rooms of the airport, strongly emphasizing in an ergonomic design, comfort and solutions to the specific needs of a traveler business person without forget the others needs of the other types of people who use the Airport.
