Recycling administration in front, to the new millennium acquires more and more protagonism in the world context, being indispensable to act in the different links that in her they intervene with the objective of achieving the necessary focus in system that guarantees the success of the same one. Nevertheless, the activities understood in the recovery subsystem (it includes the collection and storage of residuals in the emission source, transportation toward the classification stations, reduction, treatment and storage of the recyclable residuals) they represent from 60% to 80% of the costs of the recycling, for what you/they constitute the key link in the chain of the recycling, that requires to be exploited to the maximum to get important improvements in the global system. The logistics began to be recognized in the decade of the sixties, conceived then as the administration of the physical distribution, and it integrated the activities dedicated to order the flow of the finished products, from the end of the production line until the client. Nevertheless, the necessity of the companies to be more competitive and of controlling more and until the end the costs have capacity the development of the logistics, beginning to have consistency in the decade of the eighties, together to the computer science development.
