Este trabajo modela la cadena de abastecimiento de la empresa Creaciones Nadar S.A, en la ciudad de Medellin y se utiliza la dinamica de sistemas. La empresa se dedica a la confeccion, distribucion y comercializacion de los productos de la marca Speedo® en todo el pais y para el exterior. Se realizan entrevistas y encuesta con expertos en la cadena textil confeccion. Con la informacion se hace un modelo de la cadena de suministro, con dinamica de sistemas, y con la utilizacion del software Ithink® como herramienta de simulacion. Se analizan diferentes escenarios, buscando politicas y parametros que permitan entender mejor la cadena de abastecimientos; se analizan los resultados obtenidos y se presentan las conclusiones respectivas. / Abstract. This paper describes the chain of supply of the company Nadar Creations S.A. in Medellin. The System dynamics is used. Nadar Creations makes, distributes, and commercializes Speedo products in the whole country and for export. Interviews and surveys are conducted with experts in the field of textiles confection. A model of the supply chain is done with the information using the system dynamics and the software Ithink as simulation tools. Different situations are analyzed trying to find politics and measurements that allow the better understanding of the chain of supply. The acquired results are analyzed and the respective conclusions are presented.
