Management systems enable organizations to ensure an economic activity with the appropriate processes to ensure quality. Acuatello is then considered as a small company, even has a small permanent staff, has specialized in the production of hoses and irrigation machinery. Despite its history, it has not yet documented Acuatello standardized production processes, and also their manufacturing processes require strengthening job security measures and control over their environmental impact. With this, the present work aims to study from models ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001, a process of implementing a comprehensive management system that is coupled to the needs and characteristics of the company describing Acuatello Ltda.
