Abstract:

This expository essay seeks to demonstrate the importance of internal customers in creating a competitive advantage for organizations and their influence on the decisions of the external client, since the latter has become the cornerstone for the company to continue develop, achieve stable growth that allows to improve their market share, increase productivity, and raise their competitive level. This document has been developed through the study and analysis of those factors, although companies known, are skipping and become less competitive organizations face constant changes taking place in the global market.
