Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a Chronic, neurodegenerative, inflammatory disease of the Central Nervous System for which there is no cure. The use of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) for possible treatment is being evaluated in different protocols. In this work it has been determined whether there is a change in the proliferation of cells and/or modification of the secretion pattern of cytokines (INF, TNF, IL-10, IL-6, IL-4, IL-2) in T-Cell response when subjected to different stimuli (phytohemagglutinin PHA 0.5%, Myelin 15 ?g/ml, 3.75?g/ml o 0.93?g7ml and anti-CD3 10?g/ml/anti CD28 2?g/ml) in co-culture with allogeneic MSC in patients suffering MS which are treated by the Neurology service of the Hospital Militar Central .
