The critical situation of Sumapaz Paramo pollution and river basin Tunjuelo makes the cost of water resources for the people of Bogota is quite high. This problem is the result of inadequate land use planning, urban growth of the city, lack of sanitation infrastructure and improper control of authority. The aim of the study is the implementation of a DAP that will generate a comprehensive solution to reverse the deteriorating environmental conditions Tunjuelo River Basin, to do a study of availability design to pay (Dap). The process of designing and conducting a survey of households in the study area and workshops with focus groups. With the answers we proceeded to estimate the Dap estimation using a model based on nonparametric estimation Haab and McConnell (1997).
