Climatic Change (CC) has been an anthropic consequence. In the present writing the phenomenon is analyzed from a scientific perspective and it conceives Earth as a live being according to the Gaia Theory. When noticing that such system is ill, a possibility of solution is offered from the emitting centers of the phenomenon, in the behavioral, cultural and biophysical level: The cities, and the loss of rural values of caring for nature that characterizes its development. Bioethics is used for this as the science of survival, analytically oriented in order to obtain better relations with live beings who compose the atmosphere. Also, it is sustained argumentatively that because of the exposition of city-planning development, Inverse RurUrbanizacion may be a tool against CC. Inverse RurUrbanization aims to invest conventional historical dynamics by re-implanting the live component within the city, making responsible city inhabitants by means of sowing processes, educating young people on a cultural change of conduct towards tree population. However, we appeal to the educative, environmental and governmental institutionality; cultural exercise goes towards the new generations instilling the care for life and the symbiosis with the other species by means of the pedagogical adoption of trees. Contained native trees in the Manual of Urban Forestry for Bogota, by the Botanic Garden, didactic presentations (Children Tale Exhibition), earth, a tool for sowing, certificates of adoption of trees. By means of workshops one inquires children in a pedagogical way through a graphical tale about what is happening to the planet from the point of view of James Lovelock, who assumes the planet as an enormous system that must take care of itself (Gaia Theory). A second workshop informs youngsters on the causes and the real effects of CC through photos. The practical component is seedtime and adoption of native trees of medium and great foliage with institutional aid. We used integrated exercises of individual and collective sowing integrated to the environmental school projects (PRAEs) of official and participant private schools with the practical support of Botanical Garden, the Environmental Police, and the Institute for the Protection of Childhood and Youngsters (IDIPRON) young rescued from guerilla, paramilitarism, and delinquency. 350 trees were seeded under the mechanism of adoption on the part of children according to guidelines of the Botanical Garden for the Public Space of Bogota. 2520 students received with affability conversations on the consciousness on the phenomenon of CC on which it is possible to act. CC is a phenomenon that from a scientific perspective can be resisted by means of a massive work of societies. Planetary Medicine may be compared, as regards Earth, to the immunological exercise in which a tissue-like subpopulation, which, unbalanced, may cause damage to the system, correctly directed may lead to the reestablishment of the organic whole health to which it belongs. Vaticinio desesperanzado, tenebroso e irreversible, como ha sido ensenado y asumido por muchos, el proceso del Cambio Climatico (CC), – y precisamente por eso –, este problema significa lo que se antoja como una III Guerra Mundial: La lucha – mas alla de las especies – de la Vida contra la Muerte, del Amor contra el Miedo, de la Verdad contra el Engano y que, quiza para sorpresa del lector, ha contado con antecedentes historicos. Para la simple realidad historico-cientifica ha habido, en el pasado geologico del planeta, como minimo 5 grandes incrementos atmosfericos de Dioxido de Carbono (CO2) dentro del Fanerozoico, con subsecuentes cambios desequilibrados de temperatura en la biosfera [Graficas 1 y 2], pero que tambien han retrocedido justo gracias a reacciones vitales poblacionales ecosistemicas: al poder del Espiritu (que significa etimologicamente Aliento) de la Vida. La respuesta al CC debe tejerse desde tales certidumbres. a.
