Quality education has become over the years an element of reflection and common work for teachers. It is through this exercise, the Information Technology and Communication ICT, have begun to play a key role as an innovative resource at Universidad Autonoma de Bucaramanga UNAB, where ICT are the key element of a teaching strategy that encourages the incorporation of ICT in presentiality, with the aim of generating educational innovation processes where the technological resources are used efficiently. This strategy is known as TEMA: Tecnologia Aplicada para el Mejoramiento de la Ensenanza and through it the Financial INNOVACION EDUCATIVA EN LOS PROCESOS CURRICULARES DEL PROGRAMA DE INGENIERIA FINANCIERA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD AUTONOMA DE BUCARAMANGA A TRAVES DE LA ESTRATEGIA TEMA 2 WEEF 2013 Cartagena Engineering Program at UNAB, seeks to innovate in the way that it do education and the role playing throughout this process, teachers and students as active participants, strengthening independent learning, collaborative work, knowledge management and overall competitive training professionals with ability to innovate and generate significant changes in their environment and society.
