This research analyses the relationship between creative skills and profiles called High Potential in Specialized Colombia, to obtain it the variables were analyzed as follows: High Potential: the process of the mentioned company was studied, and it was called Talent Development Planning for which the Matrix of the Talent Map is structured in such a way that it permits the organization to know the high potential employees. Creativity Skills: The abbreviated Torrance test Creative Thinking Skills was applied on employees qualified by the Specialized Talent Matrix. The data obtained was analyzed and systematized in order to obtain results. The results obtained from this research showed that it was not possible to establish a corelation among the variables High Potential and Creative Thinking Skills, because the matrix used by the company did not have any relation with the abbreviated Torrance test for Creative Thinking Skills. Nevertheless, the descriptive statistics allowed the understanding not only the way the company was evaluating creativity, but also which features are common in the high potential employees and if they have a relation with the creative skills. Objective: Determine the relationship between creative skills and profiles called High Potential in Specialized Colombia. Methodology: This research has a scope to correlate with quantitative approach. Results: This research obtained its results through descriptive data analysis. Conclusion: The conclusions were obtained by statistical analysis of the evaluated data.
