Resumen: El presente articulo retoma algunos de los argumentos y cate-gorias del discurso que critica el “eurocentrismo del feminismo latinoamericano”para llamar la atencion sobre las elusiones o generalizaciones en que incurre. Sindesconocer los innegables origenes del pensamiento feminista, el articulo insisteen las particularidades de los feminismos latinoamericanos, en su localizacionneohistorica. Con este proposito narra los avatares de la movilizacion feminista delos anos setenta-ochenta en la region. Withoutunknowning the undeniable origins of feminist thought, the article insists on theparticularities of Latin American feminisms, in its neohistorical location. With thisintention it narrates the ups and downs of feminist mobilization of the years seventy-eighty in the region.
