This document focuses its research on previous studies about the importance and evolution that has lived the Colombian female labor market, emphasizing the rural sector, since the implications of economic openness to the various reforms and social and labor policies that affect it; being aware that getting a job or a place in the labor market means for individuals to build an access to the resources they consider necessary for their projects and aspirations at the same time is the method by which productivity can contribute to society, They begin to contribute and make active part of the economy.
