I described the habitat of a biotype of L. pescatorei (Lindl.) Linden & Rchb.f., in a tropical forest in Guayabetal, Cundinamarca. The samples are done in random routes. contingently. For the study of the hosts and the L. pescatorei , the georeferentiation and morphometric data were taken into account; also the analysis of horizontal and vertical distribution was considered. I examined its floral biology, its coloration and fertility (to hand pollination). I realized a profile of vegetation with a parcel of 50 x 2m. Of botanical samples donated to diferent herbariums of Bogota. Finally, a multi-varied analys was run for the principal components of the investigated population. The investigated forest is located at 1400 - 1883 m. above sea level. It’s a tropical humid forest, the ground is steep and with abundance of Rubiaceae. The population analyzed consists of about 31 adult plants, Most of them are epiphytic, in 11 species of hosts. This species flourish around June-July, depending of the cross pollination for production of fruits. The principal component of the population is the number of leaves, hosts, number of pseudobulbs and the length of the sprouts.
