This document shows information on 66 mammal species from the upper Patia river basin, Cauca department, Colombia. The information was gathered from nine expeditions to several localities of the river basin using field methods such as mist nets, signs (tracks and feces), manual captures, and interviews. A compilation of information found in Natural History museums and published data from scientific articles was carried out. Finally, the need to develop new studies regarding this fauna is mentioned since there is poor data from this geographic sector and several threats that may endanger some of these species.
