The following research was developed with the purpose of creating material intended to preschool students from Gimnasio Los Andes School where different sorts of family settings are included. This material is a complementary booklet for the students to use. For the development of such booklet, creation and design for materials references by Tomlinson (2008) were taken as major referent. First step was the identification of needs, which was made through pictures and illustrations where the students had to draw the family they lived with. In this step, it was possible to establish that almost half of the students had a different family conformation compared to the nuclear one. For that reason, the importance of supplying those needs was founded, so with the creation of a material with their inclusion, reach a more meaningful learning process. The next steps were exploration, contextual development, pedagogic development and the physical production. The booklet consists of four (4) units in which different family settings are addressed. Nevertheless, each one of them has been conceived in such form that students may adapt to their personal needs and differences. At the time of showing the booklets to the students, it was found that this material was satisfactory for children and teachers since it is a meaningful contribution for their learning process because it generates stronger family ties under its context, along with learning a foreign language, English to be this case. No matter the materials were created for preschool population at Gimnasio Los Andes School, the possibility of modifying it to be used in other institutions is not left aside, because of the importance of the social inclusion that is taking place nowadays.
