The author shows the crisis of the state, by analyzing the public policy about health in Colombia. He suggests analyzing the provident model and the social responsibility of business as a result of an alliance between state and the private sector. The document analyzes critically the social public policy making an emphasis on the role of the privet sector for the implementation of policies about social responsibility.
