Management Related to the Concept of Social Responsability: Its Interrelation with Ethics and Sustainable Development in the Environment of the Tourism in Venezuela (Gerencia Vinculada Al Concepto De Responsabilidad Social: Su Interrelación Con La Ética Y El Desarrollo Sustentable En El Ámbito Del Turismo En Venezuela)
In the present work, there is a series of interrelations established among the respected concepts, its insertion in the organizations, as well as binding aspects with the tourism and with the economy, as a way of to understand the dynamics of the tourism in the context of the administrative thought. To such effect they are carried out, reflections about positions assumed by different authors on the social responsibility, the sustainable development inside the context of the organizations, its connotation with the tourist activity, as well as the effects of this in the economy, doing emphasis in which could be occurring in Venezuela.
