His management of the supply network holistically, is one of the main concerns of the organizations in the current market environment. These concerns arise due to the various sources of uncertainty and complex interrelationships among the levels of the supply network; concerns such as loss of sales low, obsolescence of products, costs associated with transportation and inventory. In this context, this paper approaches or organizational model which strategy is most appropriate for a truly integrated management of the supply network is given. To do this, a brief review of some significant contributions was made in the literature regarding the management of the water supply network in the organizational context. Then a survey of experts in network management such type instrument response is given to apply the guiding question: What is the role of Supply Chain Management in increasingly globalized scenarios and greater use of specialized technologies? So as to facilitate and guide them responsibly to Supply Chain Management in the planned and collaborative design in the network to provide direction to achieve optimal impact the end customer processes. Furthermore, interaction with new technologies and their impact on the operational performance of the supply network in order to conceptualize the integration processes that can be performed in the supply network is evaluated.
